- “Goods”, “Products”, or “Items” refer to any furniture and related household furnishings sold through our e-commerce platform.
- “Website” refers to the official online platform managed by the Company.
2. Return Policy (Within 30 Days)
We accept returns for eligible furniture items within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Conditions:
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unassembled (if applicable), and free from any damage, stains, or alterations.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, including all labels, components, hardware, manuals, and accessories.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt).
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to inspection.
3. Refund Policy
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Refunds are only issued for items that meet our return conditions and are returned in acceptable condition.
4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel it within twelve (12) hours of purchase.
Cancellation Terms:

- Orders that have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped are eligible for cancellation.
- If the cancellation is confirmed within 12 hours, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may proceed with a return once the item is received, following the guidelines above.
6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not process exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original product (if eligible), and place a new order through our online store.
