Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

1. Shipping Coverage

TIMELESS BARTER SDN. BHD. offers shipping exclusively within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
We do not provide international shipping at this time. Orders submitted with delivery addresses outside Malaysia will be automatically cancelled and refunded.


2. Shipping Fees

We are proud to provide FREE SHIPPING on all Orders, regardless of size, weight, or destination within Malaysia.
This applies to all furniture products offered on our platform, including large and heavy items. No hidden charges or minimum order thresholds apply.


3. Order Processing

  • All Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • You will receive an Order confirmation email upon successful purchase and a shipping notification once your Goods are dispatched.

4. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver your furniture within 7 business days from the date your Order is shipped.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on:

  • Your geographical location
  • Availability of logistics support in your area
  • Type, size, and quantity of furniture ordered
  • Any unforeseen delays such as public holidays, weather events, or road closures

While we strive to meet the stated delivery period, we appreciate your understanding if delays occur.


5. Courier & Delivery Services

We partner with established logistics providers and furniture movers to ensure your Goods are delivered safely and professionally, especially for large, heavy, or fragile items.

  • Tracking Information (where applicable) will be sent to your registered email once the Order is shipped.
  • If a tracking number is unavailable due to bulk or manual delivery, we will keep you informed through email or WhatsApp.

6. Furniture Handling & Packaging

Due to the nature of our products, we take extra care in preparing and packaging your furniture to prevent damage during shipping:

  • Goods are wrapped and protected using durable materials such as bubble wrap, foam padding, edge guards, and reinforced boxes.
  • For larger items, disassembly (if applicable) may be done to facilitate safe transport. All components will be delivered together with instructions, if needed.
  • Upon delivery, we recommend unboxing with care and checking the item immediately.

7. Delivery Address Requirements

To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including:

  • House/Unit number
  • Street name
  • City and postcode
  • Valid contact number

Please also indicate if the delivery location requires lift access, stairs-only access, or any special handling instructions. Failure to provide this information may cause delivery delays.


8. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

  • Our logistics partner will make up to two delivery attempts.
  • If You are not available to receive the Goods or if access to the property is restricted, the item may be returned to Us or held at a warehouse.
  • We will contact You to arrange redelivery. While initial shipping is free, repeated failed attempts may result in additional delivery time.

9. Damaged or Lost Goods

If your furniture arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not match your Order, please notify Us within 48 hours of delivery at timelessbarter@outlook.com.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged packaging/item

We will initiate an internal review and work with our delivery partners to investigate the issue. If approved, We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and stock availability.


10. Peak Season Notice

During festive periods, public holidays, or major sales campaigns, delivery timelines may be extended due to high order volumes or courier congestion.
We encourage You to place Orders early during these peak periods to ensure timely delivery.


11. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For large or bulk Orders placed for commercial or project purposes, custom delivery arrangements may apply.
We may contact You directly to coordinate timing, delivery personnel, and unloading instructions to accommodate your needs.
